I spotted Scream Street for sale at Borders today, and I found myself in good company…

Here I’m on a table with Darren Shan and JK Rowling…

And here I’m next to Julia Donaldson, with both of us being sandwiched between Roald Dahl and Anne Fine.

Made me smile!

    My books came in the mail today! Hurray!

    (Well, books 1, 3 and 4 did, anyway. Here’s to hoping number 2 comes on Monday.)

    My daughter (who’s 8) can’t wait to read them — she’s already claimed the collector’s cards and the bookmark. I told her I got to read them first, though (such a horrible mom).
